Message of  - Prayer Machine - Have you ever felt as if your prayers were inadequate? It is comforting to know that the words we use when we pray are not what is important to God. God cares only about the thoughts in our heart. Sonflower discovers that what we need is a prayer heart, not a Prayer Machine.

Props for Prayer Machine: 

•  Small table with 2 chairs

• Large shopping bag with words "TOP SECRET" written on the side

• Tape recorder which has dials, wires, tubes and gauges added to it. You are trying to achieve the appearance of a homemade invention. Pieces off old or broken toys make good "add-ons"  for your invention

• Also needed:

•     A deep and distinguished sounding voice to be used on the recording.

•     An offstage voice to be used as a public address announcer

SUGARFOOT:  (Waving her arms) Hey Sonflower! Over here.

(Sonflower turns around)

SONFLOWER:  Sugarfoot, I didn't know you were here.

SUGARFOOT:  (Pointing to the bag) What is that? A doggy bag for brontosaurus?

(Sonflower looks suspiciously around the room and then turns the bag around to reveal the large printed letters "TOP SECRET").

SUGARFOOT: TOP SECRET!!?

SONFLOWER:  Sssshhh. (Holds her fingers to her lips and looks around the room again.).

SUGARFOOT:  Sorry. What's in the bag?
