All of the writings that are being offered through This is Ministry are original works that are sold and distributed throughout North America. They are protected works.

I understand that due to the contemporary nature of many of the plays, skits and vignettes, some words, phrases, names, expressions or situations may need to be altered. I do not require written permission for these small alterations.

However, in order to protect the body of the work, the message, the theme and the intent and, I must exercise my legal right to not allow the work to be substantially altered or changed.

If such changes are desired, then they must be done outside of the framework of the This is Ministry label and must not include my name, Richard J. Grove.

Use of any of my written works as the basis or guideline for a similar work is viewed in the industry as an infringement of the protection I am legally granted as the original author.

I hope and expect that within the realm of Christian ministry that these requests and requirements will be duly honored.
